About me
Chelsea Hylton is a PGY-2 Oncology Pharmacy Resident at TriStar Centennial Medical Center, in Nashville Tennessee. Chelsea earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Xavier University of Louisiana and later completed a PGY1 residency at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Mississippi. After completing her Oncology PGY-2, Chelsea plans to take the BCOP exam and work as an oncology pharmacy specialist. Chelsea's current interest areas include adult hematologic malignancies and solid tumors. She enjoys being part of the multidisciplinary team with a primary focus of providing optimal patient care.
