About me
Rebecca Axson-Wells, PharmD, is a PGY1 Pharmacy Resident at Tandem Health in collaboration with the University of South Carolina College of Pharmacy, with a focus in ambulatory care. She earned her Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of South Carolina College of Pharmacy and completed her fourth-year APPE rotations through the Medical University of South Carolina longitudinal program. Rebecca is passionate about ambulatory care and is dedicated to improving patient outcomes and expanding access to care. Following residency, she plans to begin her career as a clinical pharmacist in a primary care or ambulatory care setting. She was actively involved in Phi Lambda Sigma and the Student National Pharmaceutical Association and looks forward to continuing her professional involvement as a pharmacist.
