About me
Erin Pace, PharmD, BCACP, CDCES is an Ambulatory Care Clinical Pharmacy Specialist at Kaiser Permanente Georgia. She received her Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Maryland, Baltimore and completed a Pharmacy Practice Residency at Kaiser Permanente, Santa Clara in San Jose, California. She is a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist. She received her BCACP certification in 2020. Dr. Pace has practiced clinical pharmacy with Kaiser Permanente since 2015. While in California, she established a pharmacist-led Type 1 diabetes clinic with emphasis on insulin pumps. Currently, she is working at the Townpark and Holly Springs clinics in Type 2 diabetes, cholesterol, and hypertension management, and the medication therapy management (MTM) service, as well as serving as the drug information specialist for the physicians on her panel management team.
